Mr. Mishree Lal Yadav has been working full-time on a permanent basis at Nepal Television since the past 25 years. He has edited more than 18 hundreds of music videos, tele-films, documentarie and talk shows. He has got Masters of Media Technology (MMT) from SHEPHERD College, Purbanchan University, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu and BFS (Bachelor of Film studies- Specialization on Video Editing) from Oskar International College of Film Studies, Sifal, Kathmandu.
 

Mr. Arun Sharma
Video Editor/Graphic Animator
Mr. Arun Sharma has Bachelors in Business Studies (BBS) degree from Nepal Commerce Campus, TU. He has a professional background in journalism/visual editing and sound. He has got advanced level training on 3D Animation, Program Production and advanced course on Visual Editing and Sound, from AAVAS, Kathmandu. He has also got a basic camera course. He has taken advanced course on Adobe Premiere, organized by Arena Multimedia (P) Ltd., Kathmandu. Currently he is Senior Visual Editor & Senior Editing Instructor Academy of Audio Visual Arts and Sciences (AAVAS), Anamnagar, Kathmandu. He has received Best Editor Award for Tele Serial “Dalan” in 2067. The film edited by Arun Sharma entitled: Kadamandu received Best Documentary award on Kimff in 2012. Mr. Sharma has been involved with Innovative vision since the past seven years. He edited more than 500 video documentaries, television commercials and so on.
 

Mr. Mahesh Acharya
Fine Artist and Graphic Designe
Mr. Mahesh Acharya has got Master's as well as Bachelor's degree in fine arts (Painting and Design) Tribhuvan University (T.U.), in addition he has got Master's Degree in Political Science ( TU). Mr/ Acharya has been involved to Innovative Vision as a Graphic Designer and Artist since 2005.  
 

Mr. Binod Giri
Radio Program Producer/Narrator
Mr. Giri completed his Bachelor's Degree on Arts in 2059. Since 1987 to present, working as a audio visual script writer and narrator for Agriculture Information and Communication Center / Ministry of Agricultural Development. In addition to these, Mr. Giri is director, script writer and narrator of a weekly television program Sahakari Darpan (Cooperatives Mirror) - (ww.ncdb.org.np.). Along with these activities, Mr. Giri has produced and broadcasted thousands of radio and television programs. Since its establishment, Mr. Giri has been involved to Innovative Vision Pvt. Ltd. as a director as well as narrator of the documentaries. 

 

Ms. Shobha Manandhar
Consultant: Documentary and Promotional Video Producer 
Ms. Shobha has got Master's Degree in Business Administration, MBA. She has got a Latina course from Oslo University College, Oslo, course includes developing training manual, use of audio visual tools and video production. She has about two decades long experience on documentary production from Nepal to Norway.
